How to Harness Chaos and Build Great Products

I tend to do a lot of thinking about thinking. Perhaps in another life I would be better suited as an epistemology expert. Alas, I’ll do what I can in this life.

In my latest Medium article, How to Harness Chaos and Build Great Products, I explore the topic of chaos in the context of building products. Oftentimes, when we are busy at work gathering information, synthesizing analyses, and brainstorming solutions, we can overlook what it means to be a cohesive team among other teams. We can also become frantic firefighters, constantly jumping from fire to fire, never realizing that we’re using oxygen instead of carbon dioxide to put out the fires. My intention is to lay out a strategy for teams and individuals to move in lock-step despite high levels of chaos and uncertainty.
